A Festival of trees

Occasionally one gets to have a few hours to oneself on a Sunday afternoon. What to do?
Firstly I decided to begin cleaning up my craft table... Aka dining table.
I got well about half way through sorting: half made cards and left over cardstock pieces.
Not sure why but the leftovers consisted of lots of whisper white, crumb cake and Pool party.
I've been looking at cards in the holiday catalogue and on Pinterest using the Festival of trees
Stampset and made a card literally from the scraps on my table.
I used my stamp n write markers for the colours on the tree.
Then just Stamped the tree, snow and words onto whisper white.
It was looking pretty simple so I added a silver star on top of the tree and dazzling details glitter.
The card holds shut by putting the edge of the Framelit under the punched words.
When it's open it looks like this.
Just  a little different and there's still room to write on the inside of the card or on the back too.
I love how this photopolymer stampset has a variety of trees plus lots of little details that you can add to the tree. A little trick you may have noticed you can bend your photo polymer stamps into any curved shape when placing it on a clear block.
Don't forget anyone who holds a stampin' up! party between now and 31 October can earn the free stampset "Good Greetings" when their sales reach $300. Give me a call or message to book your stamp a stack, class or party. Nerida 0468877125.
