Snow swirling on a baja breeze tri-fold card

The title of this post just about sums this card up... This is the second of the two cards that I made with the lovely ladies on Friday. The tree is embossed in silver onto whisper white cardstock, then mounted on a piece of baja breeze card. The elegant eggplant card base is tri-folded (that means folded in three and opening at the front which is also called a gate fold). The eggplant cardstock is embossed with clear embossing powder using the largest snow flake from this set.
Here is the card opened to show the way I have attached the ribbon to the card front.
The punch used is called a slit punch and holds the card closed, the ribbon is tied through a hole punched through the flap. The next photo shows how the bow holds the "gate" in place.
And the silver star at the top of the tree is a piece of cardstock punched out with my 1.3cm circle punch and adhered onto a "build a brad". (You can customise your own brads with paper or stamped cardstock and it comes with a clear bubble to place over the top of your stamped circle).
What you need to make this card:
Stampset: snow swirled
Cardstock: elegant eggplant, whisper white and baja breeze
Ink: versamark
Tools: silver and clear embossing powders, heat tool, elegant eggplant grosgrain ribbon, build a brad, 1.3cm hole punch, crop-a dile, slit punch.

Enjoy!
