Pixie pink resist, Inspired by Nature, Tres Chic!

Here is a new technique we learnt at Convention. It uses a combination of background stamping, clear embossing resist and sponging (or brayering).
Jess' teacher has just had a baby and dropped in to show off her new baby girl, so Jess said she wanted to make and send her a card.
Here is a closer look at how the background is stamped. Can you see the clear embossing over the background stamp. I simply sponged around the images to make the embossing stand out.
The bundle of Joy was also clear embossed on whisper white, then sponged to make the background match the card.
I attached the ribbon with some small pink eyelets and used double sided tape to stick it to the velum and the velum to the card.
I have stamped a matching envelope in pixie pink classic ink.

Materials:

Stampset: Inspired by Nature, Tres Chic background, 3 punches -Bundle of joy (level 1 hostess set)

Cardstock: whisper white. velum.

Ink: Pixie pink, VersaMark.

Accessories: gingham ribbon, small pink eyelets, clear embossing powder, sponge dauber, heat gun.
